Regional Vice President
Kirk Balin is a Certified Estate Planner professional who has been with Householder Group Estate and Retirement Specialists, LLC for over 16 years. He holds the following securities registrations: 7 and 24 with LPL Financial, and the 66 with LPL Financial and Householder Group Estate & Retirement Specialists. Kirk is also licensed through the state of Washington for life, health, and disability insurance and been licensed for 18 years.
Kirk graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business from Oregon State University where he also played football for the Beavers. He later worked for a large national company that does financial analysis of returns on costs for large government entities. At the same time, he contributed to our national defense as a pilot in the Air Force reserves. In his early 30’s, Kirk owned multiple locations of a major national franchise chain as well as a large grocery distribution company in the greater Seattle area.
Kirk worked for multiple large brokerage companies before deciding to merge his clients with Householder Group. Householder Group has given his practice and clients a level of nationwide support with a team of financial specialists that allow him to continue helping people make sound financial decisions while still enjoying his entrepreneurial spirit.
Kirk is a Regional Vice President of Householder Group Estate and Retirement Specialists, LLC. and a Registered Representative with LPL Financial, the largest independent broker dealer in the nation (as reported by Financial Planning magazine, June 1996-2019, based on total revenue). As a Registered Investment Advisory firm, Householder Group Estate and Retirement Specialists focus on developing and implementing retirement and estate plans for private clients. The firm incorporates advanced tax planning techniques to minimize income and estate taxes and utilizes conservative asset allocation models in order to focus on capital preservation and multi-generational wealth management.
In addition to his professional achievements, Kirk served as a “chairman of the board” for “Recover For Life,” a support facility for people in need in this area. Kirk enjoys skiing, camping, and hiking in the local area with his family and friends. Kirk’s family is from the Seattle area and is a part owner of a large family ranch in Oregon.
